Adrina Dietra, LLC is looking for an experienced individual to assist in the lingerie concentration of our production process, with the availability for an immediate start.

The perfect candidate will have experience that includes but is not limited to, tracing pattern blocks for manipulation, cutting paper patterns, plotting patterns on fabric, blocking, cutting, and sewing fabrics that are light weight, flowing, silky, delicate, and laces, hand appliquéing, setting stones and crystals, transferring toiles to paper patterns, etc.

As products are only produced seasonally or as bespoke garments are ordered, and with limited production space, this position will be on a contract basis, with room for growth and a and permanent position as the brand expands, with the expectation of a 6 - 12 month commitment.

College internship/class credit and Tompkins County Work Force pairings accepted for folks with prior experience.

Utilizing a great deal of confidentiality, the right candidate will be able to work using their own trued equipment, in the AD storefront, within the required timeframes assigned to each particular project, at their own per-project/application rate, to be set prior to start.

Potential contractors will be expected to have familiarity with their own rate of completion vs compensation need/request, as this agreed rate will be expected to stay firm for at least 6-12 months upon signing of an NDA, Contract, and W-4 -- ie. the start of work.

As a contractor, this position does not include AD-provided benefits, though contractors are extended brand discounts on purchases, and periodically additional perks.
